Delete Your FaceGuard Account Data
You can delete your FaceGuard account and associated data at any time. Sign in to the account you want to delete, then confirm the action below.
Delete your account data
This action permanently deletes your FaceGuard account, account email, uploaded photos, processed photos, active sessions, and related account data. You will be logged out immediately after deletion.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you will be logged out and will no longer be able to access the deleted account or its saved photos.
If you only want to remove a single photo, use the delete action on that photo from your dashboard instead of deleting the whole account.
What we delete
- Your FaceGuard account record and account email.
- Uploaded images associated with your account.
- Processed or protected images associated with your account.
- Active sessions and account metadata tied to your account.
- One-time password records tied to your account email.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse investigations, backup recovery, or audit purposes. For example, FaceGuard may retain minimal watermark or accountability records needed to investigate misuse of protected images.
Timing
The deletion request starts immediately when you confirm the action. You will be logged out when the deletion succeeds.
Backups and provider logs
Active production data is deleted immediately; residual copies may remain in backups and provider logs until they expire under retention policies.
If you want us to review whether backup or log data related to your account can be deleted sooner, email hello@faceguard.dev with the subject line Backup and log data deletion request. Include the email address used for your FaceGuard account.
